Terms and condition

Welcome to King’s Cleaning Services (“King’s Cleaning,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).


By accessing or using our website https://kingscleaning.services and related platforms (including HouseCall Pro), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our website or book our services.


1. Company Overview

Since 2017, King's Cleaning Services has been dedicated to delivering an exceptional cleaning experience for both residential and commercial clients. Our goal is to provide a royal standard of care, ensuring your home or business is spotless, organized, and cared for by trusted professionals.


2. Scope of Services

King’s Cleaning Services offers residential and commercial cleaning solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Regular, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings
  • Office and commercial space cleaning
  • Custom and specialty cleaning plans


All services are subject to availability and confirmation. Specific services, rates, and schedules may vary depending on client location, size of property, and requested service type.


3. Service Areas

We currently operate in Inglewood and Antelope Valley, California, United States. Services requested outside of these areas are subject to management approval and potential additional fees.


4. Estimates and Pricing Policy

All pricing is based on square footage and estimated labor hours. All prices and service estimates provided—either through our website, over the phone, or via email—are estimates only.


Final costs may vary depending on:

  • The actual size and condition of the property
  • The amount of time required to complete the requested tasks
  • Any additional services requested during cleaning


Homes requiring extra time beyond the package limit are billed at $50/hr per cleaner.


If a client chooses to end services after the two-hour minimum, the client will still be billed for:

  • The two-hour minimum rate, and
  • Any additional time spent beyond that minimum, if applicable.


Rotational Clients (daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly) are charged only for the actual time services were rendered. If a rotational service is canceled on a scheduled date, payment for that date still applies.


For clients under a contract, please refer to your specific contract terms. All estimates include an itemized list of services and notes. Clients must approve or reject the estimate prior to service.


5. Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made directly through our website. Clients may be required to provide valid billing information at the time of booking.


Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit or debit cards (4% CC fee is applied)
  • PayPal
  • Stripe (third-party payment processors by HouseCall Pro)
  • Zelle


Payment is typically due upon completion of service unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. A $50 Late Fee will be applied for balances unpaid after 7 days.


6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

At King’s Cleaning Services, we value your time and ours. You may cancel, skip, or reschedule any booking at least 24 hours in advance at no cost.


If changes are made with less than 24 hours’ notice, the following fees apply:

Non-Rotational Customers

  • 24+ hours before appointment – FREE
  • 2 to 24 hours before appointment – $100
  • Less than 2 hours before appointment – Full service amount


Rotational Customers

  • 24+ hours before appointment – FREE
  • 2 to 24 hours before appointment – $50
  • Less than 2 hours before appointment – $100


If our cleaning professionals are unable to access your property (e.g., incorrect entry instructions or no one present), you will be charged in full for the missed booking.


7. Refunds

King’s Cleaning Services does not provide refunds. However, if a client is unsatisfied with the service, they must notify us within 24 hours from the date and time of completion.


If the client chooses not to have our team return to correct the issue, they may receive a 10% discount on the current invoice (if unpaid), or the discount may be applied to their next cleaning service. All service concerns and discount requests must be reported within the stated 24-hour period to be eligible. Refund eligibility is determined at the discretion of King’s Cleaning Services management.


8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about their property and access instructions.
  • Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or hazardous items before service.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for our staff.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services in unsafe or unsanitary conditions.


9. Liability and Limitations

King’s Cleaning Services is fully insured. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to property or furnishings.
  • Damage resulting from unstable or improperly installed fixtures.
  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities to cleaning products unless specified in advance.


Clients must notify us of any special product requests or restrictions prior to cleaning.


10. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy (available on our website) for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our website or booking services, you consent to our data collection and use practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.


11. Intellectual Property

All original website content, branding, text, graphics, and media on King’s Cleaning Services platforms are the exclusive property of King’s Cleaning Services. Any third-party images or graphics used are done so with permission or under appropriate public licenses. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce our proprietary content, branding, or text without prior written consent.


12. Modifications and Updates

King’s Cleaning Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available at https://kingscleaning.services.


13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
